Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong ownership of strategy, brand governance, and performance outcomes
- Proven ability to ensure brand consistency and content quality across all digital channels
- Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization, with experience driving visibility and organic traffic growth
- Strong analytical and creative mindset with the ability to turn insights into scalable marketing initiatives
- Leadership mindset with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's or equivalent in any discipline
Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing would be a key player in TAG’s growth story, leading the vision from the front with the following roles:
- Define and execute TAG’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards while fostering a high-impact, collaborative culture
- Own performance tracking and analytics for all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and content campaigns; translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
- Drive the creation of high-impact marketing assets such as case studies and infographics to drive business development and client engagement
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and brand visibility
- Oversee website, blog, and landing page optimization strategies to improve search rankings, user experience, and sustained growth in high-quality organic traffic
- Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices; proactively integrate insights into TAG’s marketing roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and design teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
